At Flourish Skin Studio, we specialize in results-driven, customized skincare paired with an elevated client experience. We are seeking a Part-Time Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, committed to continued education, and excited to build long-term client relationships in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and create, document, and track personalized treatment plans

• Educate clients on home care routines and retail product recommendations to support long-term results

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat bookings

• Deliver customized facials, peels, and other skincare treatments with consistency and care

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space in accordance with Washington State regulations

• Complete light cleaning and organizational tasks, including folding laundry, restocking supplies, and preparing treatment rooms

• Manage time efficiently between services to support a seamless client experience

• Stay up to date with skincare trends, techniques, and spa offerings

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician or Licensed Master Esthetician in Washington State (required)

• Strong passion for skincare, results-driven treatments, and client education

• Confidence in recommending retail products to support client outcomes (training provided)

• A team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering an elevated standard of care
