Meet Our Founder

Hi, I’m Abby, a Licensed Master Esthetician and Certified Acne Expert based in Tacoma. I graduated from Premiere Aesthetics Institute in 2023, and I am also certified through the National Coalition of Estheticians Associations (NCEA), representing the highest national standard for estheticians in the United States. I’m dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, resilient skin through results-driven, personalized care. As the founder of Flourish Skin Studio, I’ve created a space where science and luxury meet, blending clinically effective skincare with a calm, elevated environment designed to support long-term skin health.

I’m also the founder of Duplicity Skincare, my acne-safe, cruelty-free, vegan skincare line. After working with countless clients, I saw a gap in the industry: products that could simultaneously support clear skin and healthy aging. Duplicity was born to solve this problem with dual-purpose formulas that do both beautifully.

My mission is simple: to empower you with confidence through high-quality, personalized treatments that deliver real, visible results. Whether your goal is clear skin, addressing aging concerns, or establishing a long-term care routine, I create a strategic plan that evolves with your skin. On my treatment table, every appointment is intentional, results-focused, and guided by expertise, with education and home care guidance built in.

Hi, I’m Sofia, a Licensed Master Esthetician and graduate of Clover Park Technical College. I’m part of the team at Flourish Skin Studio, where I’ve been trained in Abby’s approach to customized, results-driven skincare.

I am passionate about helping others achieve healthy, glowing skin while feeling comfortable and confident in their own skin.

I believe great skin starts with understanding each client’s unique skin type, lifestyle, and goals. I love working one on one with my clients to address their skin concerns through customized treatments that are both effective and relaxing. My mission is to educate and empower my clients while providing a safe space where you can unwind and leave feeling refreshed.

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll usually find me enjoying nature or traveling with friends and family.
