Cancelation Policy
To protect our time and the time reserved for you, please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your visit. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment, as long as more than 72 hours notice is given.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 to 72 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows and cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total, less the deposit already paid.
To ensure availability for all clients, repeated rescheduling may require additional fees or full prepayment at the discretion of the studio.
Late arrivals may shorten your service time, but you will still be responsible for the full cost of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your appointment time, you may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
We understand that illness or emergencies may arise, and ask that you notify us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

Appointment Courtesy
Please, no guests (including children) unless previously discussed.
If you arrive late, please note that your appointment will end at the original scheduled time and you will be charged for the full service. If you're over 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service and you may be charged a late cancellation fee.
The safety of our clients and staff are our top priority. Please notify us if you are sick or showing symptoms of illness.
If you have not arrived 10 minutes after your appointment time, you will be considered a no-show and subject to our cancelation policy.
Card on File Policy
A credit or debit card on file is required to book all appointments.
Refund Policy
Services
Due to the nature of my services, We are unable to offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know while you are in the studio or within 48 hours of your service.
Product
If a product has not been opened, you may return it in its original packaging within 10 days for a full refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, opened or used products may not be returned.
