Cancelation Policy
To protect our time and the time reserved for you, please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
To reserve your appointment, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your visit. Should you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment with at least 72 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 to 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total, less any deposit already paid.
To ensure we can continue providing availability for all of our clients, repeated rescheduling may require additional fees or full prepayment at the discretion of the studio.
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule, and the full cost of the appointment will still apply. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
We understand that illnesses and unexpected emergencies happen. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss the best solution together.

Appointment Courtesy
Please, no guests (including children) unless previously discussed. If something comes up and you need to bring a guest or child to your appointment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!
If you arrive late, please note that your appointment will end at the original scheduled time and you will be charged for the full service. If you're over 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service and you may be charged a late cancellation fee.
The safety of our clients and staff are our top priority. Please notify us if you are sick or showing symptoms of illness.
If you have not arrived 10 minutes after your appointment time, you will be considered a no-show and subject to our cancelation policy.
Card on File Policy
A credit or debit card on file is required to book all appointments.
Refund Policy
Services
Due to the nature of my services, We are unable to offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know while you are in the studio or within 48 hours of your service.
Product
If a product has not been opened, you may return it in its original packaging within 10 days for a full refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, opened or used products may not be returned.
