Cancelation Policy
A $25 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. This retainer is applied toward your service or, if needed, toward any late cancellation or no-show fees.
I require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled with 24-48 hours’ notice, 50% of your service fee will be charged to the card on file, with your retainer applied toward that amount. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up to your appointment, 75% of your service fee will be charged to the card on file, with your retainer applied toward this fee.
You may not schedule any future appointments until your no-show or cancellation fee is paid. Two or more no-shows will result in a permanent ban from booking services at Flourish Skin Studio.
If you booked with a gift certificate or prepaid service and cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, the full value of that service will be forfeited.
Late arrivals may shorten your service time, but you will still be responsible for the full cost of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your appointment time, you may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
I understand that illness or emergencies may arise, and ask that you notify me as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
Appointment Courtesy
Please, no guests (including children) unless previously discussed.
If you arrive late, please note that your appointment will end at the original scheduled time and you will be charged for the full service. If you're over 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service and you may be charged a late cancelation fee.
The safety of my clients and myself is important to me. Please notify me if you are sick or showing symptoms of illness. I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
If you have not arrived 10 minutes after your appointment time, you will be considered a no-show and subject to my cancelation policy.
Card on File Policy
A credit or debit card on file is required to book all appointments. This information is secure within Square's database.
Refund Policy
Services
Due to the nature of my services, I am unable to offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know while you are in the studio or within 48 hours of your service. I am happy to fix your service at no charge if you are not satisfied.
Product
If a product has not been opened, you may return it in its original packaging within 10 days for a full refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, opened or used products may not be returned.
